Things we don't allow
- Scraping our platform. Don't crawl us with bots, browser automation, or scripts. The data is ours; access it through the product or our API.
- Reselling or white-labeling. Need a partnership? Email partnerships@agora-virtual.com — we want to talk.
- Fraud, abuse, or bad-faith use of AI. Don't mass-generate proposals designed to mislead buyers. Don't bid on contracts you have no intention of delivering.
- Reverse engineering or model extraction. You can't use the platform to systematically derive our prompts, models, or proprietary scoring logic.
- Sanctioned-party transactions. You can't use Mycontracts for transactions with parties on US OFAC, EU sanctions, UN sanctions, or comparable lists.
- Spam. Don't use the Teaming Marketplace messaging to send unsolicited bulk pitches.
- Impersonation. Don't claim certifications you don't hold, ownership you don't have, or past performance you didn't do.
- Security testing without permission. Want to test our security? Read SECURITY.md and email security@agora-virtual.com first.
- Prompt-injection attacks. Don't upload RFP text or profile content designed to override our AI instructions or extract other users' data.
- Anything illegal. Federal contracting law is no joke. We will report fraud, bribery, or kickback schemes to authorities.
Enforcement
When we detect a violation, we will normally email you with a description and a chance to fix it. For serious violations (security incidents, fraud, sanctioned-party dealings) we suspend immediately and contact the appropriate authorities.
