Refund + Cancellation Policy

30-second summary: Cancel anytime in your customer portal. No partial-month refunds for SaaS. Federal Services engagements: 50% non-refundable deposit, the rest refundable up to 7 days after kickoff.

1. SaaS subscriptions (Starter / Growth / Pro / Agency)

  • Cancel anytime via the customer portal. You keep access through the end of the current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds for partial months / partial years.
  • Exception: within the first 7 days of your first paid month, email billing@agora-virtual.com for a 100% refund — no questions.
  • Annual plans: 30-day money-back guarantee on the first annual renewal. After that, no refunds.

2. Metered overage charges

  • Overage (extra Proposal Factory drafts at $75, extra AI Room builds at $15) is non-refundable — those are AI compute costs we have already paid for.
  • Buggy AI output? Email support@agora-virtual.com — we will regenerate at no charge.

3. Mycontracts Federal Services (done-for-you engagements)

  • 50% deposit at signing. Deposit is non-refundable once we begin work.
  • 50% balance at delivery.
  • Within 7 days of the kickoff call, before we have begun substantive work, we will refund the deposit minus a $99 processing fee.
  • Special case: SBA application rejected after we marked it submission-ready and SBA cited a defect we should have caught — we refund the deposit in full.

4. Marketplace (prime-posted contracts)

  • First 3 posts free. After that, $79 per post.
  • If a post receives zero responses within 14 days, we credit one free post.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@agora-virtual.com
  2. Include: your account email + the Stripe invoice ID (from the Stripe receipt or our customer portal).
  3. We refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a Stripe chargeback. Chargebacks cost us $15 even when we win them, and they automatically suspend your account pending resolution. We are friendly people. Talk to us first.
